How to keep your skin clean,soft,and acne free?
Im 16 years old and cant get rid of my pimples.
I wash my face twice a day with Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash (Grapefruit), once in the morning and again before I go to bed. Then I use my medicine given to me by the dermatologist. But I used Proactive before and I think it worked a little better. Also, for random tips, stay away from a lot of greasy foods and drink tons of water. Another thing that helps is if you try not to touch your face. I have a hard time with that one. One last thing is if my hair is greasy it tends to make my face greasy. I hope this helps!
